BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Please familiarise yourself and the group with the rules below. These are also in Box Office and you will be asked to read through them before heading in.

- Please eat and drink your food outside of the experience.

- Please walk and take your time to explore.

- Be gentle with our world.

- Be mindful of other visitors.

- Be aware of flashing light effects.

- No smoking or vaping.

- Adults must accompany children at all times. 

- If you need assistance please speak to a member of staff.

There is a 10 minute grace period in the car park for drop offs and pick ups. If a car is there for longer than the 10 minutes they will have to pay on the blue terminal inside. The charge is a minimum of £3. Please make all those driving aware of this.

We do not offer private space for birthday parties. The table reserved for parties in the cafe is in a back corner which is a bit more secluded from the rest of the cafe, however the party will happen with members of the general public around too and we ask that you are respectful of them and their experience.

If there is a reason you may need a private space during the party please get in touch via info@wakethetiger.com and we can see if this is possible.

We normally recommend about 90 minutes for the experience. It is self guided so you can make your way around at your own pace.

We reserve the table in the cafe for an hour for you. Let Box Office and the cafe know what time you would like your lunch when you check in and you can leave any food and presents with the cafe team who will keep it at the table for you.

Whilst Wake The Tiger has a no-refund policy as per our T&Cs, if some guests can’t turn up let our team know either when you’re checking in or via email and we can convert the amount from the unused tickets into a Gift Voucher which can be used in our Gift Shop or for tickets in the future.

You can change the numbers of people attending the party up to a week before your booking. After this we cannot guarantee any changes can be accommodated.

There is no host included for the party group and no one who leads you through. The adult(s) booked with the party are responsible for supervising all the children at all times. The experience is self led so you can go through it at your own pace.

We offer 1 free adult ticket for every 10 children. Any additional adults can be booked on for £20 per adult. All children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times inside the venue. 

Usually pre-booked, Under 5's are free, however, because you would be booking for one of our Birthday Parties, we would need to charge a fee of £10. This is because the Party package includes entrance to the park, food and drink and a party bag. This would cover the cost of the food, drink and party bag for your child whilst still getting entrance for free, in-line with our General Admission offer.

Our team will make the membership for your child in the week following the birthday party. You will receive an email with a QR code and details of the membership and it will be under your child's name. This will be a peak membership meaning it is valid any day.

The party bags are provided in a small white paper bag with Wake the Tiger branding and include a notebook, badge and bits of stationary such as pencil, sticker and a postcard.

You are welcome to bring other things to fill the party bags with. Just let Box Office know when you arrive so we can give you the party bags to add to.

Table reservations are for 1hr in the cafe. Guests should speak to the Box Office team on arrival to clarify what time they require this. Table reservation can be when they arrive, mid-way through their visit or after they’ve completed the experience based on personal preference. The latest available time for table reservations is 16:00.  

No. Candles are not allowed due to no open flames permitted on site.

No, we don’t provide a birthday cake. We ask you bring your own if you want to and this can be stored in the cafe as you go round.

On the party booking form guests there is an option to include any dietary requirements or allergies in your party. We will make a note of this and inform the cafe team at Double. 

Alternatively you can email us at info@wakethetiger.com and we can make a note of it on our end.

Please note, any changes sent less than a week in advance can’t be guaranteed to be catered for. 

We have a cafe onsite run by Double Puc and the birthday party package includes food freshly made by our cafe team. This includes sandwiches, cartons of juice and cookies each. Parents can enjoy a free tea or americano.

The birthday party package includes entry to the park, food and party bags. It also includes an annual membership for the birthday child.

Birthday parties at Wake The Tiger are suitable for children aged 5 – 15 years.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake to enjoy alongside the food that we provide. Please note candles are not allowed due to no open flames permitted in the experience.

Our birthday packages are designed for groups of 10 to 20 children. One adult (aged 18+) must accompany every 10 children.

Yes, parents are welcome to join the fun! Our birthday packages include one free adult entry per 10 children. Additional adult tickets can also be purchased.

Unfortunately due to the café being part of the experience, you can only enter Wake The Tiger if you have purchased a ticket. Please also note, that you cannot wait in the car park as it is chargeable and you will receive a fine.
